This is a fun activity involving student cooperative learning and transformations. Students pair in groups of two. A packet with 10 circle problems are given to each group. The circles are written in general form or given the center and a point on the circle. Students are asked to match the general form to the standard form of a circle, the center, radius and the graph of the circle. When the students have finished the matching process, they turn in the worksheet and return the problems to a plastic baggie. This activity is similar to all MatchingMania activities on this website, but is not found in any book, YET!!
