Play this fun and exciting game with your students! In Circus Similarities and Differences, your students will take turns selecting cards from a "messy" pile. If they select a "circus" act card, the student must provide a similarity and difference for the two words on the bottom of the card. If they answer correctly, they can keep the card. If not, they must return the card to the pile.
2 specialty cards are also in the deck: an empty elephant barrel and a clown face. If they draw an empty barrel, the elephant has escaped and must put a card from their pile back in the face down pile.
If they draw a clown face, the students are able to take another turn. This game allows the student to work on vocabulary/antonyms for students. This activity includes the following:
* 40 cards for comparing/contrasting
* 8 specialty cards
* 8 blank cards for you to add your own pairs
