Product Description

This product can be used with any myth that describes or refers to Cerberus, the ferocious guard hound. We used this after reading "Welcome to the Underworld" By Michael A. Signal. Students practiced visualizing and citing evidence in the text by drawing a picture of what they believed Cerberus would look like. Students then justified their drawing by explaining why they drew Cerberus the way they did. For example, "I drew Cerberus with three heads because the text says, 'Yes, those are three heads!'"
