This awesome project helps students track current events throughout the course by creating a portfolio of articles they have read. Using both op-eds and in-depth articles, students are engaged with reading the news and demonstrate their ability to analyze as well as critique the article read. The project materials include: student directions; a rubric; article reading log; and sample reading logs completed to serve as examples for students.
