Two Part In-Class Project. Can have 1, 2, or 3 people in a group.

Part 1:
Requires students to write a summary of the background to the case, covering any major precedents, constitutional issues, Supreme Court decision and dissenting opinion. Includes reading and reflection questions from Case Studies (if you choose to use them. Some are available for purchase in store, but many can only be found “Florida Civics, Economics, and Geography” Textbook from McGraw Hill – my suggestion, see If you can get a free sample of the teacher’s edition, go to addition resources and type in the case titles and find the case studies).

Part 2:
> 2 or 3 person project – do a skit of a Supreme Court Case with a Plaintiff, Defendant, and Justice asking questions…
> 1 person project – Make a PowerPoint Presentation of a Supreme Court Case.
> 1 person project – Make a Poster of the Supreme Court Case.
