Description

This activity is perfect for small groups (2-4 students). It provides students with an opportunity to explore landmark events of the Civil Rights Movement. The creation of a poster board timeline requires students to distinguish between actions of the government verse actions of the citizens and to identify cause and effect relationships between specific events. This is a great project for an American Government or American history course.
