Product Description
Students individually or in partners create a creative newspaper on a Civil War Battle.
Students search for primary source photographs from Matthew Brady, interview Confederate/Union leaders, and identify the significance of the battle and victor. Higher level students can engage in southern/northern biases.
After newspapers are finished, students read each others and fill in their battle charts.
