Product Description

Students will create an 11-slide PowerPoint or Google Slide presentation demonstrating their understanding of the important battles during the American Civil War. I have provided students with 50 guiding questions and kid-friendly websites they will use for research. The project will take 2-3 class periods to complete. Please message me if you have any questions. I have included a rubric for grading.

*I have included explicit student directions for each slide.

*I have uploaded a Word Document so feel free to modify the assignment to fit your classroom.

*The project does not require the use of a textbook or teacher preparation.

*The document can be uploaded to your personal website or Google Drive; however, please make sure it is password protected.

Target/Objective: Students will demonstrate their understanding of the major battles during the American Civil War.
