Description
Civil War Station Activity on Soldiers, Nurses, and Civilians
This excellent stations or centers activity has students analyzing 10 short primary source quotes and 7 images of Civil War soldiers, nurses, and civilians.
As students move around to each quote and photo, students take notes about what they see and read. They then complete a graphic organizer in which a nurse, civilian, Union soldier, and Confederate soldier describe their outlook on the Civil War and how it has impacted them.
A completed sample is even included for your convenience!
