Product Description
This is a highly engaging activity.

This package is titled Civil War: Setting the Stage. This package is not intended to be a exhaustive unit on the Civil War, but instead the goal of this unit is to simply set the stage for the war.

This package includes DBQ Geography questioning where students will analyze, compare and contrast the Election of 1860 and Secession maps.

Students will analyze statistics concerning the differences between the north and south, create bar and pie graphs. Students will also analyze statistics concerning secession and the order of secession

Students will analyze the advantages of the Confederacy and evaluate weaknesses and advantages for both the Union and Confederacy going into the war.
