Vocabulary (Static, Kinetic, Rolling, Fluid, Force, Tension) Balanced and Unbalanced forces, The Force of Friction, Air Resistance and Fluid Friction. Types of Friction, and Beneficial and Harmful Friction. Once the students complete their foldable notes they will read a short story and answer the C.E.R.R. Question: Should “fast suits” be allowed in competitive swim? The back of the foldable has the reading excerpt and a Claim, Evidence, Reasoning, Rebuttal area for students to gather their thoughts.
