Over the years, we have utilized so many different behavior plans and found that this plan really provided motivation, an understanding of an earning economy, positive reinforcement and the value of saving and spending for something your students truly care about. Of course throughout the year, you can adjust the values of the what they could earn, as well as what prizes they can earn in order to increase the buy-in. As with any behavior plan, student buy-in is everything. When first introducing this system, hype it up as much as you can!
