As a traveling Spanish teacher it is very helpful to set expectations early and often for each classroom. I printed out one of these for each of my classrooms and wrote in the correct room number. I then laminated them and had them hanging in each classroom.
Spend a good deal of time teaching these explanations in the beginning of the year. We would go over each expectation at the beginning of each class and also at the end. After each class we would vote on how well we did in each category. If the class did well in that category they would get "an estrella" in that box. When the whole chart was filled we would get a prize - game time, a song they liked, etc.
It worked well when used consistently, plus it was good repetition as the entire conversation was had in Spanish. After a while I could chose students to lead the conversation and add the stars as well giving them speaking practice.
