Solution: Class Leadership Groups!
Students are assigned to groups that have specific responsibility related to it, and THEY DECIDE, using the planning sheets provied, which roles they want to take within their group. The responsibility transfers from the teacher to the students. They will learn to communicate and synergize with their classmates and the teacher load is lessened. Win-win!
