Use this handy ***editable*** class library checkout chart posted near your classroom library to keep track of students’ reading preferences and make sure none of your books go “missing in action!” Simply print, laminate, and attach this to a clipboard posted with a Command hook on the wall near your class library. Keep a wet erase or dry erase marker nearby so that students can record the appropriate information in the chart. Or, you could print the following slide out, frame them in a picture frame from Dollar Tree, and then use the wet erase/dry erase marker to write the kids’ names AND spend less money than you would for the cost of laminating—while looking more elegant! That way you can re-use this document every year!
