I use this form for may different uses. I have homework checkers place a check mark next to the names of those who have turned their assignment in for that day. I use this information to pass out pink slips to those who have not turned in the homework. I then record the grades on these sheets. I then use the information to input grades in to our computer system. The form is easy to carry home and organizes students/grades in alphabetical order making it easy for data entry. I also use these forms to keep track of assignments given to individual students (i.e. biography assigned) and keep in my fire drill folder for roll call.
