- This handy classroom tool will display your class whereabouts when you and your little bunch of learners are not in the classroom. A set of location cards in chalkboard theme to build your own 'Where are we?' clipchart
All text in the powerpoint file is fully editable and your can move the cards so you need only print what you want.
Print out, laminate and cut out the cards you need (and the title of your choice) and use a glue gun or super glue to fix your chosen cards onto a thick, sturdy ribbon (or hole-punch cards top and bottom and use ribbon to tie cards together using little bows [my favorite method - it allows for easy changing!]). Top the clip-chart off with a bow at the top, which will also double as a loop (to attach it to a hook for display).
Display your location/'Where are we?' clip-chart, in your classroom in a place that is easily visible for family, messengers and other staff when they visit your classroom. Attach a peg to the location you'll be in as you're leaving the classroom (fantastic responsibility for a student monitor/job).
