Do you need to teach your class procedures on what to do with your class. Are you tired of just reading a script of what to do and not to do. Here is a procedure book. It's very basic...only 9 rules. You have the question the students might ask at the top and what they should do on the bottom. In the middle, the students draw a picture of what the procedure is to make it a little more interactive. Hope this helps make the boring just a little less boring.
Hint: Some teachers ask me what my bathroom sign is...pretty simple. Students make the sign language letter for "R" and it's a silent cue for me to see instead of raising hands all the time. I have them make an "L" for library and "W" for water. So now when kids raise their hand during small group or teaching times it's easier.
