Use this as an activity to help spark discussion about your class rules. Students illustrate pages for each rule and put them together in a class book they can look at again and again. Included are pages with the rules already on it (great for Kinders who aren't writing yet) and blank pages with lines for students to copy the rules. Also included are a color cover as well as a black and white option. The pages contain the modified whole brain teaching rules:
Rule 1: Listen while the teacher is talking.
Rule 2: Follow directions quickly.
Rule 3: Respect others, respect yourself, and respect our school.
Rule 4: Raise your hand to speak or stand.
Rule 5: Raise your hand to speak or stand.
Rule 6: Keep your dear teacher happy.
These are the rules I'm using this year. If you use a different wording of the whole brain teaching rules, let me know, and I can edit the file for you to use the wording you want.
