This paper can be used in a literacy center for students to work collaboratively to write a class story. I use it in my "I'm done, now what?" center. I put the paper in a 3-hole binder and leave it out for easy access. When students finish their work early, they can open to the most recent page and add to the story. Each student adds their name and writes one or two sentences to continue the story. There is also a box to illustrate their part of the story. When it's done, the students who have participated can read it out loud to their classmates, and they always feel really proud to share! It can be permanently bound and added to the class library. It's always a popular choice. There are enough pages for 20 entries.
