Enjoy this fun activity to quiz your students on classical music trivia! When I use this in my classroom, I give each team a mini white board on which to write their answer and raise it, but feel free to be creative! The questions range in difficulty from beginner to intermediate knowledge. Most of the cards have a second sentence that makes the question easier. For example, the card reader can either read both sentences to create an easier question, or just the first sentence to create a more difficult question.
Divide the class into two or three teams. Each team takes a turn to answer a trivia question. If they answer it correctly, their team receives a point. If they answer incorrectly, they don't get a point.
*To create a twist, if a team gets an answer wrong, another team may steal the question. If the new team gets it right, they get a point. If they get it wrong, they lose a point.*
-48 classical music trivia questions on 48 cards
