This web quest is a tool that can be used to take a modern approach to classification and phylogenetic trees. As we are learning more about phylogenies and making more connections, the Linnaean system is become more limited. This web quest helps reinforce the new direction that classification is taking- using DNA and evolutionary relationships to construct trees and classify.
