This set of 32 digital task cards (What are Boom Cards?) is a great way to help students practice classifying quadrilaterals! Students are shown one question at a time and get instant feedback on their answer! Check out the free preview to see how they work! (Make sure to click the full-size preview.)
Students must identify squares, rectangles, parallelograms, rhombi, kites, trapezoids, and isosceles trapezoids using diagrams and written descriptions. They must also be able to use the quadrilateral hierarchy (for example, to recognize that a rectangle is a specific type of parallelogram).
Too long or see some cards you don't want to include? You can now hide any card you don't want students to see!
Boom Cards™ work on just about any device that can access the internet. They're self-checking and you can even track student progress through Boom Learning℠! Plus, they're paperless. No printing or laminating required - less prep work for you! You can assign Boom Cards to individual students, groups of students, or use with a Smart Board for the whole class.
