This is a one-sided practice page over classifying real numbers. The student is given a coloring chart and a large tessellation design. The classification of the number determines the color used.
34 different numbers are included in the design to be classified. Some need some simplification before doing so such as the square root of 9, 24 divided by 6, 0 divided by 7, 11 divided by 1, etc. Some whole numbers are written as 5.0 instead of just 5 to make it more difficult.
This is a large tessellation design and will take the student some time to color it.
Why not color something mathematical? Key included.
