In this activity, students go on a "scavenger hunt" looking for classmates who have "traveled on an airplane," "is an only child," "has a birthday in the same month as you," etc. They then write the student's name in the box. (This means they not only have to ask the person's name, but possibly how to spell it.) They can only use each classmate once! This helps students get to know one another in a fun way!
There are 25 boxes, so if your class is smaller than that, student have flexibility in finding peers. Remember, you could include yourself in the activity too!
