This classroom behavior management plan incorporates rewarding good behavior with developing real world experience. Students are responsible for tracking both appropriate and inappropriate behaviors and depositing and deducting "Moolahs" accordingly. Students have a check register in which they describe the deposits and debits and then use math skills to find their current balances. This document also includes a letter to students describing the program in kid friendly terms and lists some suggested rewards that students can use their "Moolahs" to purchase as well as a check register template to be copied for each student. One benefit of this is that there are no punch cards or phony money to copy. The rewards are free or very inexpensive. The only startup for this program is copying the letter and the check registers.
