These signs have been a great asset in my classroom! I have used them in multiple ways to have the children independently manage the number of children in a center. You can laminate them and have the children write their name in the spot with a dry erase marker or put velcro in each spot and have the children put their name or picture there. They take a lot of pressure off of me as the teacher when children say, "Can I play in blocks?" because they are able to see if there is still room for them to play, or if the center is "full".
