Classroom Check-In (Stop Bullying Before it Starts)

I created this FREE product to provide teachers of all grade levels help children of all ages make connections with their peers. The product was inspired by Glennon Doyle Melton's (aka Momastery) viral blog post about how her son's teacher assesses the social dynamics of her classroom each week.

I designed the freebie to be super quick and easy to use. The forms are differentiated for various levels. You could even complete the activity orally with non-writers and simply use the recording chart to collect the data.

The packet includes:
-several versions of a quick form for your students to fill out weekly (takes 1-2 minutes)
-printables for decorating a box to collect the weekly forms in
-a data tracking sheet to monitor which students are selected by their peers to sit or work with
-a data tracking sheet to monitor which students are selected as a role model by his/her peers and the reason why
