This is a fun character shaping tool for students K-6 that is now EDITABLE! The bingo cards are great motivators to get students to be leaders in your classroom, and the posters can be used to teach and reinforce the qualities! The characteristics listed below are covered.

How to use?
In my own classroom, each student received a BINGO card that they kept in their binder. Any time I caught them exhibiting one of the leadership characteristics (e.g. a boy helped a girl pick up her dropped books), I would initial and date that particular characteristic. In this case, it would be "helpful", although some might overlap. I let my students choose which box they wanted signed since there are several "helpful" boxes on the card.

For each row/column, they received a small prize (e.g. a pencil). When they got their whole card filled up, they they received a bag of goodies. It worked wonders. It will really help to transform your classroom into a much more respectful environment.

To use the editable file: If you would like to use the editable file, you should first download all the fonts! They can all be found on TpT, and they are FREE for personal use! **If you do not download the fonts, the words will be in a generic font.
