Every school and classroom needs a little kindness and positivity! The posters and activities in this resource are designed to not only display messages of kindness, hope, gratitude, acceptance, and love, but also to promote students to act in positive ways.

Each poster is stackable. They’re visually appealing and bold enough to draw students’ attention. The stackable posters are perfect to display on your classroom door, along your chalkboard, on a bulletin board, or anywhere that students need a little inspiration.

There are activities that align with each poster’s quote included. The activities are designed to inspire students to think in new ways, celebrate their uniqueness, honor their classmates and community, and spread positivity. Use these posters and activities anytime throughout the school year. Keep the posters displayed as a lasting reminder of a positive classroom community.

Complete these activities and display these posters in a single week as a celebration of kindness, or bring out a different poster and activity at different times throughout the year. However, you use them in your classroom, they’re sure to bring out the very best in your students.

Quote Posters and Activities:

--- KINDNESS – Students reflect on the impact of kind words and then create speech bubbles filled with kindness to share with others or display around the classroom.

--- HOPE – After analyzing the poster’s quote about hope, students write 4 hopeful statements on strips of paper and combine them with their classmates’ messages of hope to create a Chain of Hope.

--- GRATITUDE – Students reflect on the people that they are most grateful for. Then, they compose a postcard to that person.

--- ACCEPTANCE – After analyzing a quote that reminds students that we are all alike on the inside, they go on a commonality hunt in the classroom.

--- ACTS OF KINDNESS – Students investigate a quote about the power of kindness. Then, they perform 3 random acts of kindness and share their actions on fun kindness tickets.
