Build your classroom community with this quick, fun game to get your students excited and ready to learn.
Simply print out the cards on cardstock (any color) and laminate.
Use these cards as a weekly game in the classroom to boost cooperation and concentration.
Each student gets a card (or two)
students to memorize their card(s).
The goal is to get through all the cards, without mistakes, as quickly as possible.
there should be complete silence unless your card tells you otherwise.
WARNING: it will not be seamless the first time. Students will get frustration, but the point is to work on cooperation and concentrating. Tell your students this.
teachers, have your timer ready.
Once everyone is ready, say ”Begin” and start the timer.
Watch as students work to complete the game as quickly as they can.
I have used this as a weekly challenge to beat our time each time we play. The kids love it!
