Here are some easy-to-use desktop nametags or nameplates. It's only one per page, with a trifold design. Fold the middle, fold the bottoms, and attach the two bottom panels together. While they can be printed in B&W, I highly recommend printing in color on card stock and then laminating for longer use.
Some name plates have a lot of fancy stuff on them, like numbers and letters, but those often have to be covered up during tests. These ones come blank, with a place for writing names on the front, and a place on the back for the students or the teacher to put other things, like behavior stickers, small facts or diagrams that tape on, etc... There is a lot of freedom to make this YOUR own.
Put your kagan cooperative learning seating numbers right after their names!
