Description

Classroom management is essential as a teacher. I don’t implement rules, instead I share my “Classroom Expectations” with my students, and keep them on display at the front of my classroom. I have created signs/posters for the following expectations:

•Own your attitude.

•Act with purpose.

•Admit when you’re wrong.

•Believe in others.

•Listen to understand.

•Respect differences.

•View mistakes as feedback.

•Ask questions-solve problems.

•Coach and be coachable.

•Be curious.

•Take risks.

•Create opportunities.

Simply print, laminate, display, and discuss these expectations in your classroom using the Classroom Expectations Chit Chat Cards.

Best of luck this school year,

Erin
