Here is just a printable of some examples of good vs bad stressors. I use this for one of my classroom guidance lessons on Stress Management. I have two pieces of paper "GOOD STRESSOR" and "BAD STRESSOR" on the opposite side of the classroom. I read one of the stressors and students are to decide if they think it's a good stressor or bad stressor and then they are to walk over by the paper.
We then start a discussion as to why they choose the "good" or "bad" side.
