My students go through hall passes pretty quickly! They lose them, break them, chew on them, and maybe even eat them (just kidding)! I wanted an easy way to make them (multiple times if needed) and this is what I came up with to solve my hall pass problems!
I got color coordinated ribbons from the fabric store, and made each pass into a necklace that the kids could wear when they were out of the room. This way, their hands are free! Super easy, just write in your room number first (or your name, grade, etc.)! I laminate the passes, cut them out, punch holes into them and then thread the ribbon/lanyard through!
There are two versions, one with the word "room" where you can add your room number and one without it!
