There is a LOT of information to give parents at the beginning of the year! Here is a simple form that allows you to communicate the most important information on one page. Use as a handout or in the cover of their homework folders/binders. Now parents have ONE place to look for all the important information!
--Blank line for your name
--contact information [school phone, school address, classroom #, email, and other for blogs/google voice/etc...]
---Parent To-Do list: a great place to remind them of what they need to do to support their child daily (ex: sign planner), weekly, and monthly
--Weekly Schedule: let them know when specials (gym, music, etc.). No more forgetting gym shoes!
--Other Helpful Info: includes lunch (write what time or how to turn in lunch money), homework policy, and helpful websites.
Also Included: Blank version so that you can further customize it for your needs!
