This set of classroom jobs is a great way to give students responsibility in the classroom. They can be cut out and posted on a bulletin board, connected by ribbon, or posted on a wall. The possibilities are endless.
I have also included numbered circle that can be cut out and added to clothes pins and clipped to the job the student is responsible for.
This set includes the following jobs:
*Line Leader - First person in line and also the first person to line up.
*Door Holder - Holds the door open for the class when walking through a door way. This person is usually second in line.
*Table Leaders (Monday-Friday) - This is used for groups of tables/students. Which is super helpful when calling up groups, lining up, etc.
*Pencil Monitor - This student is in charge of making sure pencils are sharpened.
*Caboose - Last person in line.
*Electrician - Student is responsible for turning on/off lights.
*Paper Passer - Student passes out all handouts.
*Teacher Assistant - Student helps teacher with various things.
*Librarian - Student returns books to the library.
*Neat Police - Student makes sure the classroom is clean at the end of the day.
*Substitute - If a student is absent, this student will be responsible for doing their job.
*Chair Stacker - Student will stack chairs when needed.
*Boys/Girls Bathroom Monitor - These students monitor that everyone is following bathroom procedures.
*Greeter - This student will open the door for anyone who knocks.
*Technology Assistant - This student will turn on any equipment in the classroom. I usually let this student hold on to the remote to our SmartBoard.
