I've used these jobs for years and my students and I love them!

*Please note: I have updated these jobs to include 2 sizes, a small version and a large version. The small version leadership jobs fit on library pockets. They are small, the titles are 3/4" X 2 1/4" and the pictures are 1 1/2" X 1 1/2". I used the Poppin' Patterns Dots on Black pockets from Really Good Stuff for my leader board. The pockets are 3 1/4" X 4 1/2" each. The leadership job name goes at the top of the pocket in the white space, then I put the picture of the leadership job under that. I included a picture of the pocket in the preview, as well as a picture of my finished leader board. The LARGE version leadership jobs are 4 1/2" tall X 3 1/4" wide. You could easily put these on pockets as well, but they would cover the whole pocket. The LARGE version can be seen from further away in a classroom.
