It took me years to find a classroom library management system that worked for me and my kinders. I stick labels on my library baskets and matching labels on my books so students can use the visual to put the book back in the right place.
I've worked on these classroom library labels over the last few years, slowly adding categories as my library as expanded. This includes a wide variety of labels and images, but it's a Word document so you have the freedom to make changes you need to suit your own classroom. Included are over 60 categories for your book labeling needs. I made book basket labels as I needed them so I may not have all of them in the basket label file BUT please let me know and I can add it and upload it so you can get the latest version.
The book basket labels are printed on Avery template 5163 and I stick them to card stock and laminate them, and then hang them on my baskets. The book labels are printed on Avery template 8160. Just print them out and stick them on your books. You can personalize some of them (I have This book belongs to Mrs. Hapli) on some of the book labels). Since these are Word documents, you can edit the font, color, and text as you need to reflect your name and personal style. I used Comic Sans with my labels, but you can change the font as well.
This is a zip file, which contains about 70 files. In addition to a file for each set of book labels, book basket labels, I've also included a blank file for each type of Avery template so you can easily create new labels as you might need.
