Need a handy-dandy way to remind students to bring back books they have checked out from your classroom library? Just print out these little slips and fill in the blanks. I print the slips, fill them out as needed, and then tape them inside the student's agenda or put them in their take-home folders.
Slips read: "Dear [student's name], Don't forget to bring your classroom library book back to school! Book: [title of book]. [teacher's name and/or date]."
There are two designs included: a loopy/lacy frame provided in a free download by Teacher Tam and a square chevron frame provided in a free download by Graphics From the Pond. There are four slips per page.
After downloading, please leave a rating & comments! I really appreciate it!
