Using the classroom library organization cards are a great way to organize your books. Have you ever wanted to use a book that went along with a lesson you were teaching, but had trouble finding the perfect one? Now you can keep track of the books you have used for previous lessons or other books you come across that you think would be great to use in the future.
Each card allows you to note the:
-number of pages
-appropriate grade levels
-Check if it's a read aloud and/or for student individual reading
-What it could be used to teach (i.e. fractions, main idea, etc.)
-Your comments on the book
-A place to insert a picture of the book cover
You can edit the document on your computer and type in the information. Then, the 5x7 cards are ready to print and laminate or put on a key ring if you wish for easy organization!
