Classroom Management Freebie: Classroom Management Freebie Using Visual Cues~
This handy book will serve as a tool to help you talk less and teach more. Instead of asking a student to “Stop” ~ “Turn around!” ~ “Be quiet!” you can simply walk toward him/her and place the picture within their view. Placing a cue card under the document camera is also helpful to remind all students of important statements such as, “Get into your small groups.” ~ “Give me five!” ~ or “Time is running out.”
Directions for Use:
Print the front and back cover and the picture cards on white card stock. Cut each page vertically in half to make 8 picture cues and both covers. Secure them at the top with a binder machine, small rings, or stapler if necessary. Put tabs on the pages you expect to use most often.
Take it with you, use it often, wear it out! It’s free- You can make another one. Or better yet, visit my store at www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Dazzle-On-A-Dime to purchase the full length version with 30 cue cards. It will transform your management style!
