Ahhh, incentive charts... Sometimes I like my incentive charts with a spot to write a goal so that they can be used to reinforce a specific behavior. Sometimes I like my incentive charts to be able to be signed by parents. Sometimes I like my incentive charts to be generic for all around good behavior. Sometimes I like my incentive charts to be able to monitor negative behavior frequency. Sometimes I like my incentive charts to have goals and to be signed by parents. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find commercial incentive charts that will do all of the above. So, I created my own! My incentive charts come in four different formats and can be used in 5+ ways. The four formats are as follows:
-Incentive chart with student goal & parent signature
-Incentive chart with student goal
-Incentive chart with parent signature
-Incentive chart without goal or parent signature
Although I generally would recommend using the incentive charts as a tool for positive reinforcement, occasionally any of the formats could be used to monitor the frequency of a specific negative behavior (such as shout-outs, or a student leaving their seat during work time, etc.) in order to inform parents or the student of just how often that specific behavior is occurring. Each incentive chart has 20 different open spots for stickers or marks. The incentive charts are done in a colorful design that would blend well with a variety of classroom decors. Enjoy!
