Classroom management as easy as 1, 2, 3! Save valuable time in the classroom by reducing the amount of incidents involving students tattling on each other! When ever a problem arises, frequently after recess or lunch, have students fill out this incident report and drop off in a special designated place (chosen by you). Once a day, once every other day, or whenever you see fit, read over incident reports and respond as you see appropriate.
This incident report allows for important record keeping which becomes valuable during parent/teacher conferences as these school forms can easy be filed away until needed.
In addition this form helps the teacher identify students who may bully others or any potential victims. This form also help students feel "heard" and therefore begin to foster independence as it pertains to proper problem solving techniques.
