Your discipline strategy should focus on all aspects of your student’s behavior. If your student is doing something negative, take care of it in that instance and move on to the next plan. Also, try to reward your students each time they exhibit good behavior. The reward does not have to be something tangible, but a smile, a whisper in their ear, or a high five is just as good. Informing students that they are doing great and will make them appreciate your classroom.
