These are the three classroom organization forms I use the most. The first is a parent communication form that can be used to document emails, phone calls, and conferences. The missed assignment form can be filled out and turned in by students in lieu of a missed assignment to encourage accountability and for documentation for teachers. The class summary form is helpful to remind teachers of what parts of a lesson plan were covered, as well as providing a way for students to catch up on missed work after an absence without the teacher having to use valuable classroom time.
