How would you like to run your year with one simple rule…DO THE RIGHT THING! If you drop something, you know that you should pick it up (even if no one is looking). In the primary grades, students might not know what the right thing is. It is our job to teach them. I created this pack to help you in the first weeks of the year (or really any time throughout the year when you need to get back on track!).
What you will get:
2 different sets of letters to spell out DO THE RIGHT THING. One set is in rainbow colors and the other set is black and white.
13 posters to represent different times of the school day.
13 discussion cards that offer ideas to cover with your students and "what if" cards that can be used to role play and keep your discussions going.
2 recording sheets so that students can write and draw about the right thing to do.
When you use this set, you are giving students a chance to help define what the right thing looks like so that they can take ownership for their own behavior. You are working as a team because we all know that doing the right thing isn’t always easy! I hope that you are as excited about this kit as I am! Have a wonderful school year!
