How many times have you gotten your lesson plans "just so" and then a snow day (or hurricane day) popped up? Now all of your hard work needs to be moved around and it can be quite time consuming. Not anymore!
This calendar is designed to be used with sticky notes. Write your lesson on the sticky note and post it. If you lose a day (or add a day), simply move things around. You can also use this to "store" lesson ideas down in the notes section. Next year, peel your sticky notes and move them forward making adjustments based on the needs of that year.
How I Use This: I print out one calendar for each subject/period that I teach. Then, I write the lesson title/topic, activities, and benchmark(s) covered. I do not include my objective, essential question, or vocabulary on the sticky note. I write formal plans for my administrators, but use this to plan a year or nine weeks at once to keep myself on track.
