This form should be helpful in the age of Common Core State Standards since the strategies and pedagogical practices selected help teachers implement the standards.

This document is part of a collection of work used to create a tailored district-level professional development series on instructional coaching that won a 2014 professional development award (FASD award) in the state of Florida.
