Great for English Language Learners young or old! I teach my Kindergarten ESL students a unit on classroom words to help build their vocabulary. This game includes some of the words I teach during that unit.
• For anyone who isn’t familiar with “I have, who has;” just give each student a card or 2 depending on the size of your group. Choose one student to start. Students must be paying attention so they hear when someone is asking for the card that they have. The game is over when it loops back around to the person who started.
• The words I’ve included in this game are crayon, pencil, pen, bulletin board, student, white board / dry erase board, computer, notebook, paper, book, scissors, and ruler.
• There are 4 alternate/extra cards on the last page. If you are teaching students about a particular word not included in this game, feel free use the extra cards to fit your needs. Just omit the normal last card with the white board and crayon.
• I hope you and your students enjoy!
